[Esi] Redeploy MOC ESI Sep 8th

Hi all:

The ESI team plans to redeploy MOC ESI overcloud this Thursday. ESI will be
unavailable on Sep 8th and will be back to normal this Friday. Please save
your data on bare metal machines in advance. We will notify you when we
start and complete the redeployment by sending emails to this mailing list.
