[Esi] Updated MOC ESI Access Information

Hi! As Danni mentioned, the MOC ESI deployment is back up and running. Due
to the nature of the upgrade we had to reset user accounts and data,
including the passwords which have been reverted to the original passwords
sent out to you.

In addition, the OpenStack auth URL has changed to
https://esi.massopen.cloud:13000. If you are using an RC file, you'll just
need to update the OS_AUTH_URL parameter.
