The MGHPCC feed from the Holyoke Substation is not currently active, and substation switching events are designed to be non-disruptive, so risk is low, but (as always) not zero.

HG&E will be performing routine preventive maintenance on equipment in its Holyoke substation.  They will be following their normal procedure for switching between two redundant pieces of equipment.  The Holyoke substation is one of two redundant power feeds to the MGHPCC, and is currently inactive,
