[Operate-first-users] OpenShift Cluster upgrade, scheduled for Tuesday 2021-04-13

Hello Operate First users,

We're reaching out to you since you're the users of the MOC/Infra Cluster
at https://console-openshift-console.apps.moc-infra.massopen.cloud/.

We are planning on an upgrade to this cluster, from 4.6.17 to 4.16.21, on
2021-04-13.

This update should not cause any disruption for services hosted in the Zero
cluster.
Other services which are hosted on the Infra cluster (like ArgoCd) might be
affected, but please let us know if you see any disruptions in any of the
services.

We expect to start around 9AM EST and expect the upgrade to take
approximately 3 Hours.
