Non-UPS power was restored at approximately 1:33PM November 18.
 
UPS power was not affected by the outage.

Please send a note to help at mghpcc.org if you need something done on site, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We are in touch with Holyoke Gas and Electric, and will send information about the substation failure that caused the utility power outage when we have more information from them.

We are about to restore non-UPS power from the backup utility power feed.

UPS power had not beeen affected by the outage.

The primary utility power feed to the MGPCC data center was interrupted at approximately 12:15PM today (November 18, 2023).  

UPS power is up.

We are preparing to restore power by enabling the backup power feed, and will provide updates as we make progress.
