At 8:32, MIT engineers reported that all shelves in the MGHPCC DWDM are fully powered and circuits for all MGHPCC members have been restored.

One of the line cards for the Northern Crossroads connectivity from MGHPCC to Internet2 in Albany appears to have failed when power was restored.  Resolution of this problem will be tracked via notifications from the Northern Crossroads to its user community.

At approximately 7:32 AM, the planned shutdown of A-side power in the MGHPCC entrance rooms triggered a problem with the MIT DWDM, taking down all circuits on the MIT fiber loop between Cambridge and the MGHPCC.

The root cause of the problem has been found and fixed, and MIT engineers are working on bringing the DWDMM back into service.
