[Operate-first-users] OpenShift upgrade, Monday 3/29/2021

Hello Operate First users,
This morning's upgrade of the "zero" cluster from OpenShift 4.7.0 to
4.7.2 was interrupted by a power failure at the data center hosting
the Operate First clusters. While the control plane has completed the
upgrade to 4.7.2, the worker nodes have not and the upgrade is no
longer making progress.
We have reached out to OpenShift support for assistance.
The cluster is otherwise functioning normally at this time. We will
send out an additional update when we are able to complete the
upgrade.
